Concept of classes

The classes of the private school are created according to the academic laws of Brandenburg and effective regulations as well as to the effective curriculum. Moreover the students receive knowledge in obligatory additional modules: technical English, business management and business start-up and advanced business administration. Therefore necessary qualification modules will be taught to students step by step, implementing special qualifications according to the educational profession in the education process.
Through written documentation and confirmation of gained professional qualification the process of specific support is made transparent, ensures an employment on the job market and improves professional quality of contents in education.
This mediated additional knowledge enables not only a sophisticated but also elements of continuing education, which can be credited in further professional continuing education.

The institution establishes this school on the base of this need and ensures a regulated school timetable.

The school will start in block-release with a class of 18 students, who will be trained to become tool engineering technician.

Didactic – methodical structure

 

Pedagogical – methodical basis for the structure of classes

  • The classes will be held as an integrated part of the dual education in the profession theoretical part
  • The classes are held according to the timetable
  • Number of students, space of time and topic are to be recorded in the notes of teacher. Every semester an evaluation of every student has to be made besides the common certificates.

Pedagogical - didactical/ methodical structure

The classes do not vary generally from the classes of public professional schools.
The capacity is increased gradually. Main topics are normally chosen by the teacher. The topics and timetables of classes are structured according to the curriculum.

After every semester the responsible persons analyze which pedagogical-methodical means were effective for the learning groups and which contributions were made for the competence improvement.

By implementing a fun and success orientated education two aims are made clear:

  • competence improvement and reducing of deficits of every students in profession as well as in personality
  • creation of the condition for a successful passing of intermediate and final examination

Concluding there are the following tasks in classes:

  • Reduction of negative learning experiences
  • Revision of basic knowledge
  • Individual support
  • Help for students to learn how to learn
  • Mediation of success and fun in learning
  • Creation of a harmonic an relaxing learning atmosphere
